One week to go (or more?)

I'm starting my last week in Africa for a LONG time. Today I'm traveling with two of the nurses to the shamba hospital (a rural hospital) on Eastern Unguja to interview more health care providers. It should be really interesting both to see the facility and to hear what they have to say!

I'm also really looking forward to seeing my family and friends in a week! Although, with the volcanic ash shutting down airports again and a planned British Airways strike, who knows if I'll actually make it?
