There is a fuel shortage in Lilongwe today - the only filling station to have petrol is the Petroda on the corner of the roundabout near the hospital and it is mobbed with cars and people trying to fill up! Before this gas lines were one of those mythical things I'd only heard about in apocalyptic warnings from politicians...
